A good instructor quality includes: recognize when a junior student needs to break away from a routine that is becoming boring and get onto something new, something more invigorating, more exciting....like switching to a nearest pin shootout with the instructor and then breaking for a cool drink and chat. FUN is what our California junior golf rotates around . No juniors want to WORK on their time off, when the game is no longer fun, it becomes a chore. Crucial factor is keeping fun in the practice.
